We're mixing it up a bit this year to ensure that the event remains exciting year after year after year. Since our first two Chili Cook-Offs awarded the Best Overall award to the same recipe both years, we've added a new rule: in order to be considered for Best Overall, a chili cannot be the same style as last year's Best Overall winner. Since last year's Arizona Red 2 was a red chili, you've got to do something different if you want to win Best Overall this year: white chili, green chili... anything but red chili!
